Delivery & Shipment Policy

1. Tilia currently delivers organic products only in Bangalore. Please type your locality name to check if our service is available in your area. We are constantly increasing our coverage and if we are delivering in your area, please be assured that will be at your doorstep soon. If you have any doubts, please call our customer service number +91-9590-160-160 to confirm if delivery is available in your area.

2. You can cancel or reschedule your order upto two hours before the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service +91-9590-160-160. The same time limit applies for any change is delivery address.

3. You must specify full and accurate details of the shipping address, landmark and mobile number of the recipient. You hereby confirm that the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.

4. If a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by TILIA for redelivery shall be claimed from you.

5. If no one available to receive the goods in the address mentioned at the time of delivery (not at home, in a meeting, not receiving phone calls, etc.), our delivery personnel will attempt to leave the items in a safe place (with neighbours, at the reception area, with security personnel etc.). If this is not possible, we will bring back the items to the warehouse and will schedule delivery at a later date. Our delivery personnel cannot wait for someone to come home / to the front office, as this may impact the rest of the customers on their delivery schedule.

6. If delivery cannot be completed due to civil disturbance, bandh, riots, heavy rains, floods or other events beyond our control, Tilia will reschedule the delivery.

7. Delivery will be completed within 30 minutes of the time slot selected. For the “ 8 am to 8 pm anytime delivery” slot, we cannot guarantee that the order will be delivered at a fixed time. If you would like your order to be delivered at a specific time, please select one of the other time slot options.

8. If due to heavy congestion on the roads, the delivery is delayed, we will keep you informed accordingly. Or we can reschedule the same on your request.
