Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel or reschedule your order up to two hours before the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service +91-9590-160-160. If you have prepaid for your order we will, upon cancellation, initiate refund for your order in two (2) working days. The payment gateway will credit your account in seven (7) working days. If you have not received any credit in your account, please call customer service or write to us at customerservice@tilia.in

Tilia reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason, including, but not limited to: outside delivery area limits, offensive or abusive language used against any staff member etc. Tilia is not obligated to share its reason for cancellation of an order.

Returns and Refunds

TILIA has "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our customers to return the product if they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. Customers are requested to check and accept all items for quantity, quality and freshness at the time of delivery. Return of perishable items (fresh vegetables, fruits and dairy) will be accepted at the time of delivery only. All other items can be returned at any point of time within 15 days of purchase (proof of purchase necessary). If you have prepaid for your order we will, upon receipt, initiate refund for the value of returns in two (2) working days.
